Return & Exchange

All the orders go through multiple quality check processes before it is delivered to you, so we ensure the quality of product being delivered. An exchange of product will be available in case of manufacturing defect, not the product that you ordered or the product is dead on arrival. Buyer will have to make the video while opening the package and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery to request for exchange of product.

• The product can only be exchanged with the same model.
• The product has to be unused.
• Buyer will have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• The video proof of opening the package is mandatory for exchange.

Note : The exchange benefits are subject to approval by customer service team.

After approval, the buyer will have to bear all the costs for return shipping.
